Let's use meditation to create a safe space for you and your children. To create a new way to bond and work on having internal peace despite the noise from the outside world. Let's help give them a head start on going within and understanding how to navigate their emotions all while connecting with your inner child. This will include breathing exercises, journaling, open dialogue and guided meditation music.
