This session is used when you need to be nurtured. The positions vary between laying on your back while your head rests on your partners chest, curled in the fetal position or simply being held in a hugging position while seated. This promotes comfort, safety and reassurance. It also helps with recharging and relaxation in a world that is busy and chaotic. Let's connect.
